At Amobant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and components, if applicable.
To request a return, please contact us at mahonsi@amobant.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays or be refused.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization requirements. Any such exclusions will be clearly identified on the applicable product page before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mahonsi@amobant.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
