Returns & Refunds – Amobant LLC

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amobant LLC.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@amobant.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customization. Any such exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
